“Train On Your Own”

The skills in these videos have been carefully selected to cover many basic ball handling moves and individual practice routines you would find on other videos sold throughout the United States. However, these videos (featuring FCSC Academy players) are condensed into small clips for players to have easy access at any time to work on one specific set of skills. All the training priorities shown are consistently practiced by our U7-U12 Academy teams and players attending our “Skill Development Program”. As a player or coach, you are welcome to attend any of these sessions and observe. Also FCSC Staff Coaches will be available to assist with any questions before or after training. These videos have been created to help assist our Little Kickers coaches. The U5-U6 age group most often has coaches with the least amount of soccer experience. Although a soccer background may help, this not the key ingredient to successfully coaching this age group. The focus is for the players to have FUN!!! Your enthusiasm and ability to work with young children is most important to coach the Little Kickers. Please remember to be prepared with a lesson plan for all practices and games…. and don’t be afraid to act like a 4 year old when coaching this age group

U9-U18 Activities

These videos will be available in June. They were filmed at FCSC U11 Academy and FCSC U15 Wolves training sessions. They can be used as a tool to learn new training activities. Their will be four sections available including warm-ups, attacking, defending and possession.
